Site Review Plan
In accordance with Pere Marquette Oaks By-Laws for any new landscaping or improvements to existing landscaping, lot owners are required to submit in writing a Site Review Plan to the grounds committee for approval. Please fill out the Site Review document in the PDF format below and submit to the park managers and/or member of the committee. Committee members are Committee Chairman Bette Gibson, committee members Howard Bredeweg, Donna Vargo, Pete Karsten, and Sonny Frantz. The committee will provide feedback within 30 days of submission. Unit owners are also welcome to present their plans at committee meetings as posted.
