Lots for Lease

Sites at Pere Marquette Oaks (PMO) are leased directly by the individual property owners.  The following owners have indicated they may have lots for lease.  Please reach out to these individuals directly for availability and costs as each owner sets their rates.

LOTS FOR LEASE - Lots are typically available to lease at least monthly

• Unfortunately, No Owners have indicated they wish to lease their lot at this time.

SEASONAL LOTS FOR LEASE - These lots are available on a seasonal basis

• Unfortunately, No Owners have indicated they wish to lease their lot on a seasonal basis at this time.

To ensure everyone's time at the park is in keeping with the highest standards of excellence, all recreational vehicles must be commercially manufactured and be rated at least 20 feet in length to be allowed in the park. No pop-up trailers, truck campers or tents are permitted on any lot.  

Additionally, it is important to understand the Rules and Regulations of our park should you decide to lease.  Please review and follow these rules while in our beautiful park to maintain safety and security.

Nearly all of the current owners leased a site before purchasing a lot of their own, so consider yourself warned! You are going to love it here!
