Play By The Rules

There are Park Rules and Pool and Spa Rules that are updated as needed to make sure that everyone's time at The Oaks is relaxing and enjoyable.  If you are considering becoming an owner or if you will be leasing in the near future, please take the time to make yourself familiar with these important policies.

Site Review Plan

Any time there is going to be a change to the footprint of a lot (landscaping beds or areas, concrete, etc.), a Site Review Plan must be submitted for approval.  This is to verify that the proposed modifications are in keeping with the bylaws of the Association.  Consideration is also given to maintenance concerns such as required clearance for mowing equipment.

Lake Township Approval

Many lot improvements require review and approval from Lake Township.  The Site Review Committe can provide guidance on these requirements, but compliance is the owner's responsibility.  For more information about Lake Township and required approvals, click here https://laketownshipclmi.gov to access their website.
