There are Park Rules and Pool and Spa Rules that are updated as needed to make sure that everyone's time at The Oaks is relaxing and enjoyable.  If you are considering becoming an owner or if you will be renting in the near future, please take the time to make yourself familiar with these important policies.

Site Review Plan

Any time there is going to be a change to the footprint of a lot (landscaping beds or areas, concrete, etc.), a Site Review Plan must be submitted for approval.  This is to verify that the proposed modifications are in keeping with the bylaws of the Association.  Consideration is also given to maintenance concerns such as required clearance for mowing equipment.
