Shrine of the Pines

This is a world famous tourist attraction that is displayed in a Northwood hunting lodge, in a secluded, wooded spot on the banks of the historic Pere Marquette River.  The Shrine of the Pines is located on M-37 between the campground and downtown Baldwin.

Casinos

When you are at The Oaks, you are within a 90 minute drive of two popular casinos.  The Little River Casino and Resort is located in Manistee, Michigan 60 miles to the northwest, and the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort is also nearby in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, 85 miles east-southeast.
